color: #007aaa; font-weight: bold;">计划在北侧蒋宅附近增加出入口匝道，连接S310、稠大路与国贸大道，苏溪镇北部及大陈镇的车辆可通过S310、稠大路直接上下国贸大道；南侧在徐丰村增设右进右出平交口，补足苏福路缺少的左转功能，两处工程预算总造价约1803万元。</span><span style="font-size: 16px;">其中蒋宅出入口，造价约1567万元，新增用地约12亩，涉及永农约3亩；徐丰出入口，造价约236万元，新增用地约2.5亩，涉及永农约2亩。因受土地政策限制，最终项目未能落地。</span></span></p><p style="margin-bottom: 0px;"><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9);
