letter-spacing: 0.578px; line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">在同城距离车站35公里内，旅客根据实际需要可选择以下两种“轻装行”服务：</span></p><ul class="list-paddingleft-1" style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p style="margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">一是出发旅客“门到站”行李搬运服务。选定此项服务后，<strong>由工作人员到旅客指定位置上门收取符合托运规定的行李并搬运至出发车站</strong>，安检通过后，送至旅客乘车站台或指定站内行李服务柜（服务台）。</span></p></li><li><p style="margin-bottom: 16px; line-height: 1.6em;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">二是到达旅客“站到门”行李搬运服务。选定此项服务后，<strong>由工作人员从旅客乘车站台或旅客指定的站内行李服务柜（服务台）收取行李，在约定时间内运送至指定位置</strong>。</span></p></li></ul><section style="line-height: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="color: #007aaa;"><strong><span style="color: #007aaa; letter-spacing: 0.578px; font-size: 18px;">如何预约？</span></strong></span></p><p style="line-height: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">已购车票的旅客<strong>可通过铁路12306App、微信小程序预约“轻装行”服务</strong>。</span></p><ul class="list-paddingleft-1" style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p style="line-height: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">办理“门到站”服务时，<strong>在开车前48小时至4小时预约</strong>，工作人员上门收取符合托运规定的行李并搬运至出发车站，安检通过后，按照旅客要求，在开车前30分钟将行李存入服务柜，或在开车前10分钟送至站台；</span></p></li><li><p style="line-height: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">办理“站到门”服务时，<strong>在列车到站前24小时至1小时预约</strong>，工作人员在取件后5小时内送达指定位置。</span></p></li></ul><p style="line-height: 1.6em; margin-bottom: 16px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">以上服务在工作人员取件前，旅客可随时取消订单，不收取任何费用；在行李送达指定位置前，工作人员将与旅客电话确认，如遇旅客临时发生退票、改签等行程变化情况时，将依照约定办理后续业务并核收相应费用。</span></p><section style="line-height: 1.6em;
