什么是电信诈骗？我们是对不熟悉的电话都是很谨慎的。我手机已经使用了二十八年了。从来没有被盯上过。

我第一次接到诈骗电话是很久很久以前的事，电话那头报上我的名字以及身份证号后，告诉我在省城有一门国际长途直拨电话，已经欠下大几千的话费，在我否认后，对方说可能是别人拿我的身份证装的，要帮我转接公安局……然后就是大家都熟悉的套路。
