</p><p>“每年这个时候,消化内科都会接诊不少因吃山楂、柿子导致胃石症的患者。”消化内科吴林霏医生介绍,“山楂中含有大量的鞣酸、果胶及膳食纤维。鞣酸可以与蛋白质结合形成鞣酸蛋白,当胃酸较多时,鞣酸蛋白会和食物中的果胶、纤维素等成分聚合成团,形成胃石。”</p><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="92788"><section><section><section></section><section><p><strong data-brushtype="text">胃石是什么?</strong></p><p><strong data-brushtype="text">哪些情况容易得胃石?</strong></p></section><section></section></section></section></section><p><strong>胃石(gastric bezoar),又称胃结石、胃石症</strong>,是患者摄入不能消化的物质在胃内潴留形成的团块状物质,这些物质既不能被消化,也不能顺利通过幽门部,就会在胃内停留时间变长,在胃酸的作用下逐渐形成结石。</p><p> </p><p>从目前胃石症患者的流行病学调查分析来看,<strong>胃石易发生在老年人群、糖尿病患者,以及既往有消化性溃疡等胃部疾病的人群</strong>。</p><section><section><section><p><strong>胃功能差的人</strong>:成人胃石的形成原因与复杂的胃内环境变化有关,消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎、克罗恩病、肿瘤、胃肠道的脱水等,都是胃石的高危因素。</p><p><br /><strong>糖尿病患者</strong>:糖尿病患者的胃排空通常比较慢,也相对容易形成胃结石。</p><p><br /><strong>老年人</strong>:特别强调,老年人胃肠道功能减退,心脑血管、内分泌、神经系统等基础病多,行腹部手术的比例也比年轻人多,更容易形成胃结石。</p></section></section></section><p>
