letter-spacing: 0.034em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">会议指出，2月15日下午2点左右，江苏连云港东海县石榴街道东安村一烟花爆竹零售店发生爆炸，造成8人死亡、2人受伤。应急管理部第一时间调度现场，要求全面清查排查、核实核清伤亡人数，全力救治伤员，尽快查明原因，并派出工作组赶赴现场指导工作。同时向各地和所有烟花爆竹企业及零售点发出事故警示信息，要求全面排查烟花爆竹安全风险隐患，坚决防范现场超量储存、违规燃放等行为。</span></span></span></strong></p><p style="margin: 24px 0px; letter-spacing: 0.034em; box-sizing: border-box;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">会议强调，当前进入烟花爆竹燃放高峰时段，除夕临近，安全风险凸显，安全形势不容乐观，各地要深刻吸取教训，切实提高政治站位，把各项安全防范措施切实落细落实落到位。要切实加强零售店（点）周边安全管控，各地应急管理部门要联合公安等部门强化零售店周边巡逻劝阻，严禁在店外试放烟花爆竹，督促零售店（点）做好看管守护，严肃查处违规燃放行为。要切实强化零售店（点）安全管理，进一步加强暗访检查，对所有零售点都“过筛子”，严防“下店上宅”、超量储存、店外摆放，严禁店内吸烟或使用明火，严禁销售超标违禁产品。要切实持续深化“打非治违”，严防违法违规存储烟花爆竹，畅通群众举报渠道，特别是要加强网上涉烟花爆竹的信息监测，及时清理下架违规信息，严肃查处线上引流、线下销售、违规寄递烟花爆竹行为。要切实落实信息报送制度，刚性落实首报要快、续报要准、终报要全的要求，对突出敏感情况要做到即知即报、先报后核。要切实加强烟花爆竹燃放等安全宣传工作，教育引导群众自觉抵制违规购买、违规燃放烟花爆竹等行为，及时发布权威信息，回应社会关切。</span></span></span></strong></p><p style="margin: 24px 0px;
