line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（2）作品需具备清晰的创新点（理论、技术、配方、工艺、智能化等），并提供功效验证或安全性评价依据。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（3）知识产权清晰，符合国家相关标准。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; caret-color: red;">参赛作品质量过硬，其质量标准高于行业标准，无质量方面的投诉举报等（0-10分）。具体评价依据包括：产品执行标准是否高于国家或行业强制性标准（提供企业标准或团体标准文本及对比说明），是否通过ISO9001等质量管理体系认证，用户反馈及售后记录是否良好。参赛作品毒副作用小，无使用安全隐患，已经受第三方安全评价，无安全质量方面的投诉举报等（0-10分）。需提供第三方安全评价报告、毒理学试验报告、功效验证数据或临床安全数据，以及原料溯源和质量控制体系（如HACCP、GMP认证）等证明材料。其中</span><span style="font-size: 17px; text-indent: 2.64285em; background-color: transparent; caret-color: red;">保健食品有国家市场监督管理总局颁发的保健食品注册证书即可证明具有安全性和功效性。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong>数智与科技（20分）：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 17px;">参赛作品科技含量高，曾获得相应的荣誉与奖项（0-10分），按获得国家级、省部级、市级科技奖励的级别和数量综合计分（需提供证书）；生产已数智化（0-3分），根据生产过程中应用自动化生产线、工业机器人、MES系统等智能化程度打分；参赛作品已经含有数智化功能（0-7分），根据产品集成的智能传感、数据分析、远程控制等功能的先进性、实用性和创新性打分。需提供获奖证书、生产现场照片、系统截图或产品演示视频等客观材料。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em;
