letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">1.安全有序组织好期末考试工作。</span>各地教育部门要指导学校健全教学管理制度，不得有提前结课备考、违规统考、考题超标、考试排名等行为。各地要认真做好命题、施考、阅卷和分析。期末考试内容要符合素质教育要求，体现课程改革精神，与学生生活经验相联系，注重考查学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。小学低段进行非书面测试，义务教育阶段学校以等级制呈现，坚决克服唯分数的倾向。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">2.全面科学做好期末总结评价工作。</span>要认真做好本学年各类教育教学资料的整理、归档工作，确保开学前全部进入学校综合档案室。高中学校要做好学生代收费的结算清退工作，结算情况要书面告知家长，主动接受家长和社会的监督。加强学生电子学籍管理工作，完善学生学籍信息，做好学生成长记录和综合素质评价工作。电子学籍管理系统将在2026年8月1日进行学期升级。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">3.集中开展安全教育和入户家访工作。</span>学校放假前应对学生进行一次暑期安全集中教育，特别要加强对学生的心理健康、防欺凌、防溺水、防火、防诈、交通和食品卫生等各项安全教育，要求学生不得参与赌博和变相赌博，不搞迷信活动，不看不健康的书刊、录像，不沉迷于网络游戏。学校在放假前以“告家长书”等形式，要求家长全面做好子女的假期安全监护工作，主动营造和谐亲子关系，要提醒家长选择正规有资质的暑期夏令营机构。学校要通过上门家访、点对点电话、视频家访等形式做好全员家访工作，尤其对起始年级学生、休学学生、留守儿童家庭、困境儿童家庭等重点学生、重点家庭100%完成上门家访工作（家访记录单备查）。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section><section style="margin: 10px auto;"><section style="display: flex; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">1.持续深入贯彻“提质减负”精神。</span>按照“提质减负”工作的部署，严格控制学生暑假作业总量，小学低段年级不布置书面暑假作业。提倡布置科技、文化、劳动、艺术、志愿服务等具有实践性、探究性的作业。实施暑假学生体育家庭作业制度，有效落实学生每天1小时以上的体育锻炼时间。不得给家长布置和变相布置作业，不得将学生作业转化为家长负担。健全暑期托管服务保障机制，为确有需求的家庭和学生，多途径、多形式、规范化开展暑期托管服务。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">2.持续深入开展违规补课专项整治。</span>严禁中小学校组织、要求学生参加有偿补课；严禁中小学校与校外培训机构联合进行有偿补课；严禁中小学校为校外培训机构有偿补课提供教育教学设施或学生信息；严禁在职中小学教师组织、推荐和诱导学生参加校内外有偿补课；严禁在职中小学教师参加校外培训机构或由其他教师、家长、家长委员会等组织的有偿补课；严禁在职中小学教师为校外培训机构和他人介绍生源、提供相关信息。各教育行政部门、各中小学校要落实责任，通过明查暗访等方式加强对有偿补课行为的监督，重点关注“一对一”“住家教师”以及以夏令营、研学游等各类名义开展学科类培训的违规情形。对有禁不止、违规从事有偿补课的学校和教师，依法依规予以严肃查处。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">3.持续深入强化师德师风建设。</span>各校要集中开展警示教育、教师职业行为规范等师德师风教育，引导教师积极践行新时代教师职业行为十项准则。严禁教育系统党员干部和教师参加任何形式的“毕业宴”“谢师宴”“庆贺宴”等宴请活动；严禁党员干部和教师操办相关宴请活动；严禁学校以升学庆贺为名组织集体宴请，或党员干部和教师参加招生服务对象（单位）组织的宴请活动；严禁参加以家长赞助、企业赞助等名义举办的集体宴请活动；严禁党员干部和教师接受学生、家长以感谢名义赠送的任何礼金、物品、有价证券，或通过物流快递、电子商务等手段收受的礼物、电子预付卡、红包等。对违规操办和参加相关宴请活动的党员干部和教师，一经查实，将按照有关规定严肃处理。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-top: 10px; display: block;"><span style="font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px;"><span style="color: #7b0c00; font-weight: bold;">4.持续深入守牢校园安全防线。</span>规范管控外来人员、车辆入校流程，利用暑期学生离校窗口期，对校园各类安全设施设备进行更新维护。针对停用的实验室、计算机房等场所，落实断水、断电等管控措施，防范意外事故发生。开展校园建筑安全隐患排查整治，重点排查简易建筑、在建工地、大跨度建筑，防范汛期极端天气威胁校舍安全。全面摸清留校人员底数，紧盯宿舍、食堂等重点区域，严格规范用电用火、疏散通道、消防设施等关键环节的安全管理。扎实做好实习、实训学生的安全教育与管理工作。加强暑期校园安全管理，严格执行领导带班值守与巡查制度，确保值班室电话畅通，强化保安人员培训。</span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;
