margin: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">早上7：00从西贡市区乘车到湄公河，正好赶上吃午饭。我们来到湄公河畔最大一家饭店，入席就座不一会儿，各道菜便陆续上桌。主菜是油泡象耳鱼，似乎是油炸的，鱼没剔鳞。鱼两侧各用两根小棍撑着，呈游水状，栩栩如生。我们观赏片刻后便端走了，切成小块后再次上桌。这时，一位服务员走到我跟前，从盘子里拿起一张薄皮子（像是春卷皮），夹上鱼块、几种菜叶，九层塔（鱼香菜）等放到皮子上，然后卷起来。大家明白了，跟吃烤鸭一样，现在可以大快朵颐了。有生以来首次食用，味道不错！皮焦黄，肉细嫩，香脆可口，鱼鳞鱼刺也可吃。</p></section></section></section><p style="white-space: normal;
