line-height: 2;"><strong style="letter-spacing: 1.5px; font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">3.参赛要求</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（1）聚焦方向：康复医院、养老院、护理院、临终关怀机构、适老化公寓、康养小镇、田园综合体、研学康养基地等一切康养机构的服务模式、运营管理、环境设计、康养内容创新项目。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（2）作品需提交项目方案，包括服务模式说明、运营管理体系、建筑设计理念、安全保障措施、服务流程规范、相关资质证明、实际运营数据或典型案例等，符合国家及行业相关标准规范。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">（3）知识产权清晰，相关设计、软件系统、品牌等拥有自主知识产权或合法授权。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong><strong>创新性和新锐性（</strong><strong>20分）：</strong></strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">参赛单位具有较强的创新性和潮流引领性（0-5分），重点评价其在医养融合服务模式、智慧运营管理体系、适老化环境设计、特色康养内容开发、标准化与品牌化建设等方面的创新程度；拥有近5年内（含5年）授权的发明专利、实用新型专利或软件著作权，每项得3分；拥有近3年内授权的发明专利、实用新型专利或软件著作权，每项得5分；参与制定行业标准或获得省级以上认证的，每项酌情加分。需提供专利证书、软著证书、标准文本、认证证书、查新报告或专家论证等客观佐证材料。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong>质量与安全（20分）：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">参赛单位服务质量过硬，其服务标准高于行业标准，无服务方面的投诉举报等（0-10分）。具体评价依据包括：服务流程是否规范且可追溯，人员资质与配比是否满足行业标准，是否建立持续培训机制，客户满意度及社会口碑是否良好。参赛作品安全保障有力，无安全隐患，已通过第三方安全评价，无安全责任事故方面的投诉举报等（0-10分）。需提供第三方安全评价报告、应急预案及演练记录、消防验收文件、医疗急救能力证明、合规执业许可、星级评定证书，以及客户满意度调查报告等证明材料。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong>数智与科技（20分）：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">参赛单位科技含量高，曾获得相应的荣誉与奖项（0-10分），按获得国家级、省部级、市级科技奖励的级别和数量综合计分（需提供证书）；运营管理已数智化（0-3分），根据机构应用智慧养老平台、机构信息化管理系统（ERP、CRM、健康监测系统）的覆盖范围和智能化程度打分；参赛单位已经含有数智化服务功能（0-7分），根据机构在智能监测、数据分析、远程照护、一键呼叫等数智化服务方面的先进性、实用性和创新性打分。需提供获奖证书、系统界面截图、产品演示视频、软件著作权或第三方技术评估报告等客观材料。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong>别具匠心的独到工艺（10分）：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">参赛单位在设计或服务流程中独具匠心，相对于同类机构更具独到、精湛、科学、合理、规范的细节处理与人文关怀（0-10分）。重点评价适老化环境设计的细节（如无障碍设施、防跌倒设计、紧急呼叫系统覆盖率）、生态康养理念的体现（康复花园、自然采光、绿色建筑）、特色康养服务内容（如认知症非药物干预、音乐疗法、农耕体验）的独特性与成熟度。需提供建筑设计图纸、现场照片、服务流程说明、用户反馈或第三方评价等客观依据。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em; line-height: 2;"><span style="font-size: 17px; color: #953734; letter-spacing: 1.5px;"><strong>行业领军与卓越性（30分）：</strong></span><span style="font-size: 17px;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">参赛机构为行业领军企业得5分，需提供国家级专精特新“小巨人”、高新技术企业、五星级养老机构、医养结合示范单位等有效证明；参赛机构有行业核心拳头项目得8分，需提供该机构近一年床位入住率、服务收入或市场占有率位居区域前列的证明（数据脱敏可验证或第三方报告）；品牌卓越，社会知名度和美誉度均处于前茅（0-10分），根据品牌荣誉（驰名商标、媒体报道、长者及家属表扬等）及经营规模综合打分；参赛机构市场潜力巨大，精准契合区域老龄化需求，商业模式清晰可复制，填补当地康养服务空白，具有良好的社会效益与可持续发展能力（0-7分），需提供市场分析报告、用户画像数据、商业模式说明、与地方资源结合度分析、投资回报预测或融资证明等材料。</span></span></p><p style="text-indent: 2.64285em;
